Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire cabin for the duration of their stay — all six bedrooms, all 6.5 bathrooms, the indoor pool, theater room, arcade loft, hot tub, all three decks, the main living area, dining area, kitchen, and outdoor propane grill. Utility areas including the pump room, HVAC room, and locked owner closets are not for guest use.

Entry is via smart lock — your unique access code will be sent before check-in. No key pickup required. Parking is on-premises with easy flat access — uncommon in the Smokies and a genuine convenience for large groups arriving with multiple vehicles. Pool and hot tub are available from check-in through checkout.

Note: During peak season (summer weekends, October leaf season, major holidays), the Pigeon Forge Parkway can back up significantly. Budget extra drive time on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. The back roads through Wears Valley offer a scenic and often faster alternative to Gatlinburg.
